We recently celebrated my son's 14th birthday at Tac Ops in Fairfield and had a great time. This was the 3rd party we had here. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, making the kids feel welcome and excited.

The facility itself is great. The immersive arena, complete with realistic obstacles and themed environments, made the laser tag games thrilling and engaging. The variety of missions kept the energy high and the kids fully entertained throughout.

What stood out the most was the professionalism and enthusiasm of the staff. They took the time to explain the games, ensured safety protocols were followed, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making the event special for everyone involved.
