The actual experience was fun but the staff was not helpful,at all. They're clearly so accustomed to giving their lengthy instructions that they run through them superfast and run all their words together so that you can't understand what they've said. I just figured it out on my own and from people who had been there before.
We had our staff party here. This place was really awesome. The staff were very helpful in getting us ready and answering any questions that we had. The playing field was great. All the staff had a great time. We will be back soon!
Super disappointed. Paid $400 for my son and his friends to play and have a fun night. Drove 40 minutes to get there. Only to learn when they got home that you have to pay to get better guns and equipment. Since they didn't have the upgrade, it was an uneven playing field and got picked off by the other team 50 to 1. So that's not very fun. To expect people to pay more to upgrade is ridiculous. $400 down the drain. Won't be coming back.
We had a blast for my son's 11th birthday. It's the 2nd year in a row we do his party here. The staff is super nice and helpful. It is very organized here. I am so grateful for this place. We've had 2 amazing celebrations in back to back years and Tac Ops as the setting is one of the reasons why. Love this place and the staff!!!
We had a wonderful birthday experience this past Saturday for my son’s 9th birthday. The staff was super pleasant and helpful. They made everything very easy for us. They also supported the kids during the experience which was very helpful. The event room was large and included couches and a refrigerator and many tables and counters to put things on. We will definitely be back perhaps both for an adults night out and/or another kid’s birthday party. 😎
Very well organized and staff is very friendly. Kids njoyed a lot. After party room was so good and had all the paper goods and cake cutting utensils that I wasn't even aware of. So it was good to know that they had room well stocked with plates, knives, napkins etc.
Kayla, Max, Nelson were great and helpful. My niece and nephew had a great time would recommend for everyone to come
This was an absolutely amazing experience. The 10:30 PM session for Saturday night February 22, 2025. The whole crew was absolutely amazing and made our experience more fun than what we expected. Thank you so very much guys. We will definitely be back again.
We had our daughter's 11th birthday here and we were very impressed by the facilities - the battlefield, waiting area and party room. The venue was very well run by a group of efficient staff who were very good with the kids and everything ran smoothly and to time. The place was also very clean.Thanks for a great party venue and activity!

I recently hosted a birthday party for my son's birthday and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the laser tag experience was fun for all ages and very spacious location with lots of rooms to play in. Great ambience for pizza and cake and comfortable couches to wait while the games are being played. Highly recommend for a smooth and seamless birthday event!
We had a positive experience overall! The facility was incredibly life-like and made for a fun and immersive atmosphere, which the kids absolutely loved. The setup was creative and really added to the excitement of the party.However, the service left something to be desired. Aside from the friendly greeter, there was little to no assistance with setting up the party. The staff designated as “helpers” lacked enthusiasm and didn’t seem very engaged or proactive, which was a bit disappointing.That said, the fun environment made up for the service shortcomings, and the kids still had a blast!
My group booked a private party for a Friday night, we were the last group of the night which was perfect for us to have a personal experience. Had an absolute blast and was well worth the already reasonable price. The location was clean and the system was organized as you are guided through the games. Adam and Zack were incredible, super personable and honestly made the experience that much better. Looking forward to going back soon!
Awesome place to include in a fun day trip, the hour session was well worth the money. We had 8 guys and played some fun 4 v 4 matches mimicking game modes like TDM, Capture the Flag and Domination. Our college group will go back for sure

My child had an amazing birthday party at Tac Ops Princeton! The perfect activity for an energetic group of kids. The crew at Tac Ops managed the party well. They always answered the phone and gladly answered my questions during the planning stages. They successfully wrangled our large group of 10 and 11 year olds to get the party started and they helped with set up and clean up of the (enormous) party room. They let you bring your own food too and they offer a fridge to store it while the kids play laser tag. Thanks so much!
We celebrated a 10yo birthday and it was fantastic! The amount allowed for laser tag is perfect. The kids can see their scores, pick out a nickname for them. The equipment works perfectly. We are definitely coming back, great option for a winter activity. So close to town as well.
We had an awesome time today! Kids and adults all had a blast. Make sure you wear sneakers and workout clothing cuz you will be sweating!
Awesome experience! If you truly want to feel submerged in a video game, this is the place to be!!! It is a one-of-a-kind experience and a great way to have fun with friends. The staff is super friendly and informative. I can't wait to go back.
